We use the Modern Method of Auction (MMoA), which combines the benefits of traditional auctions with the flexibility of private treaty sales. Here's how it works:
For Sellers: You set a Reserve Price (the minimum amount you're willing to accept) and a Starting Price. The property is marketed online, and interested buyers place bids over a set period.
For Buyers: If you are the winning bidder, you're required to pay a Reservation Fee to secure the property. This fee is typically non-refundable and ensures that the property is reserved for you.
Completion: After the auction ends, both parties proceed to exchange contracts and complete the sale within a fixed timeframe, usually 56 days.

A Reservation Fee is a non-refundable amount paid by the winning bidder to secure the property. This fee ensures that the buyer is committed and that the property is taken off the market. The fee is typically paid within a specified period after the auction ends.

6. Are there any additional costs?

Fees for buyers to be aware of: Buyer Information Pack: Covers the cost of preparing legal documents and information about the property.
Fees for both parties to be aware of: Solicitor Fees: Buyers and sellers will need to appoint solicitors to handle the legal aspects of the transaction.

7. How do I register to bid?
